I have to apologize somewhat as I really don't have much planned in the way of posts this week. Still licking my wounds after a devastating loss in Women's soccer at the Olympics yesterday, and completely preoccupied with last minute Europe Trip details (we leave in two weeks!), I haven't really given blogging much thought.
However a couple weeks back, before all my procrastination caught up with me, I did try a couple new recipes - one for doughnut hole/berry skewers I found on Pinterest, and the other an ice cream cake that I pretty much just made up as I went - I've been holding out but I suppose now is as good a time as any to share.
I'm partaking in a Bake-Off of sorts this weekend for which I am making another ice cream cake so as far as specifics go I'll put that off for just a bit longer...
