If you watch enough design shows, and trust me I have, you'll quickly pick up on a common theme - the bedroom should be a retreat from daily life. You'll also catch a serious case of home envy and immediately feel insecure about your own abode.
This bedroom encompasses the retreat feeling - an ornate doorway and tiled floor adds an exotic touch, yet the monochromatic palette is cool and calming.

I have some serious bedroom envy now - although maybe it's good my bedroom can't compete, if I lived here I'd honestly never get out of bed!
